When replacing a component on any of my vehicles I always like to upgrade it if possible.  Replace it with something lighter, stronger or more efficient.  Your vehicle radiator is no exception.   As an avid four wheeler, when it came time to recore my own radiator I made one stronger AND more efficient.   You also have the peace of mind, as these are full copper & brass radiators, they are fully repairable and serviceable for many years, and far more resistant to the effects of corrosion than alloy units.  As an added benefit, your helping to support Australian businesses, as our cores are made right here in Australia and assembled in a fair dinkum Aussie workshop.

n.b.  The pictures shown at left top- a popular aftermarket 3 row, our heavy duty high performance 3 row in centre, and a standard 2 row version.  Our upgrade is an awesome 45% increase in tube count over the other aftermarket 3 row.  Shown here with an optional flat header plate as this one we grafted the dished tank from the original unit to our new core to better retain a "stock" visual look upon completion.  Normally done with a standard square header.  The 3 row is only available with a standard square header and with a new inlet tank unless a 3 row unit is supplied to re core.

n.b.  New core 3 row 141 tubes uprated from 4 row 116 tubes.  Approx 22% increase in tube count over the original unit, plus new high efficiency tube size and fin type makes for a very efficient radiator.  The 4 row uprated core would be an impressive approx 62% increase in tube count over the stock unit.  Thats some serious cooling capacity.
